CEDRO SHPK and ORDEC SHPK are proud to have financed the publication of the book, on 26.04.2022, written by the lawyer/IP expert Albana Laknori, which deals with the topic of Intellectual Property rights.
This is a theme particularly felt by both societies and this work has certainly highlighted how much human ingenuity is able to create, such as inventions, literary and artistic works, drawings, symbols and everything that modern companies need to look out on the world market.
Since 2000, on the symbolic date of April 26, the day on which the Convention on Intellectual Property day, which came into force in 1970, the World Intellectual Property Organization has celebrated World Intellectual Property Day, in order to focus attention on the role it plays the creativity of the human mind in innovation and development.
Intellectual Property today is protected by law and protects: patents of inventions, copyrights, trademarks and everything that allows its creators to achieve a gain, not just financial, from everything that is generated by their mind.
In the world, the encouragement and protection of Intellectual Property is the aim of the World Intellectual Property Organization, which since 1974 has held the role of a specialized agency of the United Nations.
